OpensourceDB is a blog created by Sean Doherty of EnterpriseDB, the enterprise Postgres database company.
Sean is responsible for EnterpriseDB’s worldwide business development. Prior to joining EnterpriseDB, Sean spent five years at Red Hat in various international management roles both in Sales and Business Affairs, and most recently he ran east coast U.S. and Canada commercial sales.
Prior to joining Red Hat, Sean held global management positions at 3Com, and was Corporate Counsel and Director of Compliance for ICon Professional Services, a private consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A licensed attorney, Sean earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University.
